Overview
OSP-80 L1875φ 16 formed wire coating bar is a precision Spreader tool of OSP brand. It uses cold extrusion technology to form concave-convex wavy Linear dispersion on the surface of 304 stainless steel rod, replacing traditional wire-wound coating bar. The product has a wet film thickness of 80μm, a main rod diameter of 16mm, an effective application width of 1875mm, a total length of 1875mm, and no clamping parts at both ends. It is specially designed to solve the loosening of traditional coated bar wire, the difficulty of cleaning and the limitation of ultra-thin film Spreader.
Features
1. No risk of steel wire loosening and breaking, integrated molding using cold extrusion technology
2. Linear dispersion on the surface, easy to clean, avoid liquid residue
3. Support ultra-thin film Spreader, up to 2μm wet film thickness
4. Mountain-shaped structure optimization, including standard S-shaped, left and right helices and square eye patterns, to adapt to different substrates and coatings
5.304 stainless steel material, strong durability
Principle
This product is based on the principle of metal plastic deformation, and various mountain-shaped concave and convex Linear dispersions are cold-extruded on the surface of steel bars through precision molds. These Linear dispersions simulate the Spreader effect of traditional steel wire coating bars, but there is no wire-wound structure. Spreaders control the wet film thickness through mountain-shaped gaps to achieve uniform Spreader. The left and right helical combination design can reduce bubble mixing, and the square eye pattern is suitable for calender applications.
Applications
Spreader Processing, Ultra-thin Film Spreader, Calender Roller Treatment, Waterborne synthetic resin Coating Spreader
Standards

Steps
1. Select the appropriate OSP model according to the needs of the Spreader (such as OSP-80 corresponding to 80μm wet film thickness)
2. Prepare the substrate and coating liquid to ensure a clean environment
3. Place the coating bar evenly on the substrate and scrape along the fixed direction
4. Spreader is completed, timely with alcohol and other solvents to clean the coating bar surface
5. Store in a drying place to avoid collision damage to the mountain structure
Notice
• When cleaning, it is recommended to use alcohol to soak and wipe gently to avoid hard objects scratching the surface
• Coating Weight may be slightly larger than the traditional wire coating bar, need to be tested and adjusted in advance
• When selecting the model, refer to the wet film thickness and mountain type parameters to ensure that it matches the application requirements
• Avoid overloading to prevent deformation of mountain-shaped structures
• Appearance may be slightly different from the picture, subject to the actual product
