The OSP-50 L720φ 10 is a Grooved Rods film applicator made of 304 stainless steel. The product is specially designed for the Spreader process, with a wet film thickness of 50μm, a main rod diameter of 10mm, an effective application width of 620mm, and a clamping length of 50mm at each end for a total length of 720mm.

Principle

The combination of different mountain structures can optimize Spreader performance and reduce bubble mixing.
