Overview
Impact Tester (model BLD-CJ21) is a kind of equipment used to test the hardness of plastics, Pottery and porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass and other materials and Coatings. The machine freely drops the steel ball with the specified weight from a certain height to hit the sample, and judges the product mass according to the degree of damage. It meets the JIS-K6745 and A5430 test standards.
Features
1. Ball drop device: guide rail, release mechanism and ball design, ball mass and diameter are determined according to Impact energy and standards.
2. Height adjustment system: adjustable height (0-1500mm adjustable), accurate impact energy control through spiral mechanism or air pressure control.
3. Test Bench: Stable support sample, with anti-skid and shock absorption functions to ensure test Stability and safety.
4. Data recording and display system: Record and display data such as Impact force, Impact energy, and damage form in real time, which is convenient for evaluating the anti-Impact performance of materials.
5. Precise control: The drop position adopts infrared to make the drop point more accurate; the drop ball Control mode is DC electromagnetic control.
Principle
The machine with the specified weight of steel balls (optional 55g, 64g, 110g, 255g, 535g) adjusted at a certain height (0-1500mm adjustable), through the DC electromagnetic control so that the steel ball free fall hit the sample, observe the degree of damage, in order to judge the mass of the test product.
Applications
Plastics, Pottery and porcelain, acrylic, fiberglass and other materials and Coatings
Standards
JIS-K6745、A5430
Steps
1. Adjust the ball weight and drop height to the desired value.
2. Use an infrared point-to-point system to accurately locate the drop point.
3. Fix the sample on the test bench.
4. Release the steel ball to fall freely through DC electromagnetic control.
5. Observe the degree of damage to the sample and record the data.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is 220V, 50HZ, 2A to avoid voltage instability affecting the operation.
When adjusting the height and releasing the steel ball, pay attention to safety and prevent accidental injury.
• Regularly check the anti-skid and shock-absorbing functions of the test bench to ensure Stability.
• When using an infrared point-to-point system, ensure that the environment rays of light do not affect accurate positioning.
• Select the appropriate ball weight and drop height according to the test criteria.
