The OSP-25 L720φ 10 is a formed coating rod made of 304 stainless steel. The product uses cold extrusion technology to form concave-convex wavy Linear dispersion on the surface of the steel rod, replacing the traditional wire-wound bar, for precise control of wet film thickness of 25 μm Spreader applications.

Principle
OSP Grooved Rods uses the principle of metal plastic deformation to cold-extrude concave-convex wavy Linear dispersions on the surface of steel rods through precision molds. These Linear dispersions perform the same Spreader function as traditional wire-wound bars, but without the need to wrap steel wires, the flow and thickness distribution of the Spreader fluid are controlled by the mountain structure.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate OSP bar model according to Spreader requirements
2. Install the bar to the Spreader device to ensure that both ends are firmly clamped
3. Adjust Spreader parameters, including Spreader speed and pressure
4. Spreader operation
5. Clean the bar surface in time after completion
