Overview
BLD-1006 is a 10-group tape retention tester sold directly by the factory. It performs a static load test on the adhesive force of the tape and automatically counts the time the tape can hold under a certain load to confirm the adhesive time of the tape.

Principle
The instrument adheres the tape to the SUS #304 stainless steel plate, applies the specified weight load, uses the Timer to automatically record the time when the tape falls from the steel plate, and evaluates the durability of the tape by holding the time.

Steps
1. Attach a 1-inch wide strip of tape to the specified SUS #304 steel plate
2. Use a 2kg standard rolling roller to roll back and forth three times at a speed of about 300mm per minute, so that the tape is evenly pasted on the steel plate
3. Hang the steel plate on the hook of the testing machine, clear each Timer and add the specified weight
4. When the tape falls from the steel plate, the Timer automatically retains the test time
5. Record the test time to evaluate the durability of the tape
