Principle
This product is an online micro-vibration Viscometer, which uses the micro-vibration of the Sensor Probe to measure the viscosity of the fluid. When the Probe vibrates in the fluid, the Tack resistance of the fluid changes its vibration characteristics. By detecting this change and performing internal calculations, the real-time viscosity value of the fluid can be obtained, and the temperature measurement is integrated for compensation.

Steps
1. According to the process requirements, choose the appropriate installation method (flange DN40 PN4.0, thread M42 * 1.5 or quick chuck) for installation.
2. Connect the power supply (24V DC), viscosity 4-20mA output, temperature 4-20mA output and 485 communication cable according to the instructions of the instrument terminal.
3, after power, the instrument starts to work, real-time measurement and output viscosity and temperature signals.
Notice
• Please ensure that the Sensor operates within its specified temperature (< 500 ° C) and pressure (< 25Mpa) range.
• Pay attention to the flow direction when installing to ensure that the Sensor Probe is fully immersed in the measured medium.
• When wiring, please strictly follow the terminal logo to prevent damage to the equipment due to wrong connection.
• For corrosive media, it is recommended to choose corrosion-resistant materials such as Hastelloy C alloy.
• The meter supports 9 viscosity units, which need to be set correctly in the display head or through the communication protocol when using.
• Regularly calibrate with standard sample solution to ensure measurement accuracy.
