Overview
The Kenton DHG-9040 + independent temperature limiter is a precision LCD screen thermostatic drying oven with microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, temperature control, timing and over-temperature alarm functions. Suitable for laboratories and R & D institutions with high temperature uniformity requirements, the independent temperature limiter is standard to provide double insurance.

1. Adopt precision LCD microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, optional digital display, the system has temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm function, with RS485 microcomputer interface (digital display does not have this interface);
2. Standard brand with cooling fan, maintenance-free, high durability, combined with good air duct design to ensure uniform temperature in the working cavity;
3. Mirror stainless steel liner, with anti-acid and alkali, anti-corrosion and other characteristics;
4. Cold rolled steel plate with good electrostatic spray treatment, the overall design is beautiful and novel, and has a large viewing window;
5. The shelf spacing and shelf number in the working room can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications;
6. Using high temperature silicone as the sealing edge of the door, high temperature heating tube as the heating element to ensure safety and longer service life;

Principle
The temperature is precisely adjusted through microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, combined with air duct design and cooling fan to ensure uniform temperature in the working cavity. The independent temperature limiting controller sets the maximum temperature limit and provides double protection.

• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box;
• For high-value materials to be heated, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the material will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box and the overheating;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
