The Kenton DHG-9130 + Independent Temperature Limiter is a precision LCD screen thermostatic drying oven with a wide Temperature range of RT + 5 to 250 ° C and +/- 1% Temperature Fluctuation. Featuring a mirrored stainless steel studio and PID LCD display, the device is equipped with an independent temperature limiting controller and RS-485 communication interface for drying and heating applications that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through an electric heating tube and uses a PID intelligent temperature control system to precisely adjust the temperature. The circulating air duct design with three sides + front air outlet ensures that the temperature inside the studio is evenly distributed, and the independent temperature limiting controller provides additional temperature protection to prevent overheating.

Steps
1. Connect the 220V power supply
2. Set the required temperature and time parameters through the PID LCD screen
3. Start the device to start heating
4. Monitor the temperature display to ensure normal operation
5. The device automatically stops working after reaching the set time
