Overview
Kenton DHG-9230 + Independent Temperature Limiter is a precision LCD screen thermostatic drying oven with Temperature range RT + 5~ 250 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1%, Temperature resolution 0.1 ℃, Volume 230L. The studio is made of mirror stainless steel, equipped with PID LCD display and independent temperature limit controller to ensure accurate temperature control and safe operation.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating tube (201 stainless steel), combined with a PID intelligent temperature control system and a circulating air duct (three sides + front air outlet) to achieve uniform temperature distribution inside the studio. An independent temperature limiting controller monitors the temperature to prevent overheating and ensure stable operation within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage 220V matches
2. Set the required temperature and time through the PID LCD screen (0~ 999min)
3. Start the equipment and the heating system starts to work
4. Monitor the temperature display to ensure operation within the set range
5. Turn off the power after use, clean and maintain
