Kenton DHG-9040C + independent temperature limiter thermostatic drying oven is a laboratory equipment using microcomputer PID digital temperature control instrument, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 250 ℃, temperature resolution +/- 0.5 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation +/- 1%, volume 40L, the studio is made of mirror stainless steel, equipped with independent temperature controller and high temperature bearing, suitable for precise thermostatic drying treatment.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating tube (201 stainless steel), which is heated on a single-sided heating surface. With three-sided + front air circulation ducts and cooling fans, the hot air is evenly circulated inside the studio. The microcomputer PID digital display temperature control instrument monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value, and the independent temperature limit controller provides additional temperature protection.

Steps
1. Connect single-phase AC220V/50Hz power supply
2. Turn on the power switch of the device
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 5~ 250 ℃) and timing time (0~ 999min) through the microcomputer PID digital display thermometer
4. Start the heating and wait for the temperature to stabilize
5. Turn off the power after use, and clean the studio after chilling down
