Overview
The Kenton 101-4 + independent thermostat pointer electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. This model has Inner chamber dimensions of 1000 × 800 × 800mm, Temperature range RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Volatility +/- 2%, Pointer thermostat and hot air circulation system.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and air duct makes the hot air circulate evenly inside the studio to realize drying, baking and heat treatment functions. The pointer thermostat is used to set and monitor the temperature to ensure that the temperature is controlled within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and check whether the voltage meets the requirements (380V).
2. Adjust shelf height and quantity as needed
3. Set the required temperature through the pointer thermostat
4. Place the sample in the studio
5. Close the door and start the device
6. Monitor sample status through the observation window
7. Turn off the power after use and take out the sample.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is consistent with the equipment requirements
• Pay attention to high temperature during operation to avoid burns
