Overview
Kenton 101-5 + independent temperature limiter is a pointer electric air blowing dryer, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and other routine tests in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops. The product adopts hot air circulation system, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Flexibility +/- 2%, Inner chamber dimensions are 1000 × 1000 × 1000mm, Power supply voltage 380V, Input power 4~ 6Kw.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected with pointer type or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the working room can be adjusted, which is convenient for accessing samples of different specifications;
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, combined with a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct, so that the temperature inside the studio is evenly distributed. The pointer thermostat or optional microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to realize heat treatment processes such as drying and baking.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (380V).
2. Adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed;
3. Set the thermostat to the desired Temperature range (RT + 5~ 300 ℃);
4. Start the device and monitor the contents of the box through the observation window;
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment.
Notice
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
