Overview
Kenton 101-0A + Independent Temperature Limiter Digital Display Electric Air Blowing Dryer is a drying equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops. It uses a microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat. Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy is +/- 1 ℃, Volatility is +/- 1%. It is suitable for routine tests such as drying, baking, heat treatment and heating, but it is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected from two types: pointer type or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner is divided into two types: mirror stainless steel and galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications;
6. The box door is equipped with double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, and the hot air circulation system (composed of low-noise fans and air ducts) distributes the hot air evenly into the working room to realize drying, baking or heat treatment. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Open the box door, adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed, and place samples;
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature through the thermostat.
4. Start the device and monitor the temperature display.
5. Turn off the power after use, and remove the sample after chilling down.
Notice
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion;
• Power supply voltage matching before use (220V or 380V, depending on model);
• Avoid touching high-temperature parts during operation to prevent burns.
