Kenton 101-5A + independent thermostat digital display electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions, suitable for routine tests such as drying, baking, heat treatment and heating. The product adopts a microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Volatility +/- 2%, Inner chamber dimensions 1000 × 1000 × 1000mm, Power supply voltage 380V, Input power 4~ 6Kw.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct, so that the air inside the studio flows evenly and realizes temperature control. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure that the temperature in the box is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smoothly ventilated place and connect it to the power supply
2. Open the box door and adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed
3. Place the sample and close the box door
4. Set the required temperature and time (e.g. using the timing function)
5. Start the device and monitor the situation in the box through the observation window
6. After use, turn off the power and take out the sample after chilling down
Notice
• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, and uninterrupted use for a long time is not recommended
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
