Overview
Kenton 101-0S + independent temperature limiter pointer electric air blowing dryer is a drying equipment designed for industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, suitable for routine tests such as drying, baking, heat treatment and heating. The product adopts pointer thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Flexibility +/- 1%, providing a stable and reliable heating environment.

1. The thermostat can be selected from two types of pointer or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and generous
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low noise fans and air ducts to ensure uniform temperature
4.The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted, which is convenient for accessing samples of different specifications
6. The box door is equipped with double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct, the hot air is evenly distributed into the working room to realize functions such as drying and baking. The pointer thermostat monitors and adjusts the temperature to ensure stable operation within the set range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the specifications (e.g. 220V).
2. Adjust shelf height and quantity as needed
3. Set the pointer thermostat to the desired Temperature range (RT + 5~ 300 ℃)
4. Start the device and monitor the contents of the box through the observation window
5. Turn off the power in time after use and clean the studio
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
