Overview
The Kenton 101-1S + Independent Temperature Limiter is a pointer electric air blowing dryer with a stainless steel liner and metallic paint spray shell, which is aesthetically pleasing. It is suitable for routine tests such as drying, baking, heat treatment in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops. Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Flexibility +/- 1%.
Features
1. The thermostat can be selected from two types: pointer type or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications;
6. The box door is equipped with a double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box;
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by electric heating elements, combined with the hot air circulation system (composed of low-noise fans and air ducts) to achieve uniform temperature distribution, and the pointer thermostat adjusts and displays the temperature to ensure that the temperature in the working room is stable within the set range.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth and ventilated place and connect the power supply;
2. Adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed;
3. Set the required temperature through a pointer thermostat.
4. Start the device, observe that the temperature is stable, and then place the sample.
5. Turn off the power after use, and clean the box after chilling down.
Notice
• Suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, and uninterrupted use for a long time is not recommended.
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
