Overview
The Kenton 101-4S + Independent Temperature Limiter is a pointer electric air blowing dryer suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and heating operations in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories and R & D institutions. The product uses metallic paint spray shell, liner is made of stainless steel, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Volatility +/- 2%, Volume 640L, Adjustable height and quantity of shelves in the studio for easy access to samples of different specifications.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a low-noise fan and a hot air circulation system composed of air ducts to achieve uniform heating and temperature control. A pointer thermostat or optional microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat is used to precisely adjust and maintain the set temperature, ensuring that the temperature in the box is stable within the required range.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (380V)
2. Open the box door and place the sample on the adjustable shelf
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature through the pointer thermostat
4. Start the device and monitor temperature changes
5. Turn off the power after use and take out the sample.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
