Kenton 101-1AS + independent temperature limiter is a digital display electric air blowing dryer, using microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, liner is stainless steel material, shell is sprayed with metallic paint, beautiful and elegant. Suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory R & D institutions for drying, baking, heat treatment, heating and other routine tests.
Features
1. The thermostat is divided into two types: pointer type and microcomputer intelligent PID digital display;
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and elegant;
3. The hot air circulation system consists of low-noise fans and air ducts;
4. The liner is divided into two types: mirror stainless steel and galvanized steel plate;
5. The height and number of shelves in the studio can be adjusted to facilitate access to samples of different specifications;
6. The box door is equipped with double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, and the hot air circulation system is composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the box. The microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat precisely controls the temperature to ensure stable operation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements.
2. Open the box door, place the sample on the shelf, and adjust the shelf height and quantity;
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature through the thermostat.
4. Start the device and observe the temperature display and the situation inside the box.
5. Turn off the power after use and remove the sample.
Notice
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended.
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
