Overview
Kenton 101-5AS + Independent Temperature Limiter is a digital display electric air blowing dryer, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and heating operations in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory R & D institutions, etc. The device uses a microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy is +/- 1 ℃, Volatility is +/- 2%, and it has a beautiful metallic paint shell and hot air circulation system.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating system, combined with a hot air circulation system (consisting of a low-noise fan and an air duct) to achieve a uniform temperature distribution in the studio. The microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat precisely controls the temperature to ensure that the temperature is stable within the set range.

Steps
Connect the power supply and ensure voltage matching (380V for 101-5AS models)
2. Adjust shelf height and quantity as needed
3. Set the required temperature through the microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat
4. Start the device, observe that the temperature stabilizes and put in the sample.
5. Turn off the power after use
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
