Overview
Kenton 101-2AS + Independent Temperature Limiter is a digital display electric air blowing dryer, suitable for drying, baking, heat treatment and heating operations in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places. The product uses a microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat with a hot air circulation system to ensure temperature uniformity.

1. The thermostat can be selected from two types of pointer or microcomputer intelligent PID digital display
2. The shell is sprayed with metallic paint, and the overall design is beautiful and generous
3.The hot air circulation system consists of low noise fans and air ducts
4.The liner can be selected from mirror stainless steel or galvanized steel plate
5. The height and quantity of shelves in the studio can be adjusted, which is convenient for accessing samples of different specifications
6. The box door is equipped with double-decked tempered Glass observation window, which can clearly observe the contents of the box
7. Optional accessories include intelligent digital temperature controller with timing function and independent temperature controller
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heating element, combined with a hot air circulation system (including a low-noise fan and air duct) to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the box. The microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to ensure that the Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 1%, Accuracy is +/- 1 ℃.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the requirements (220V or 380V).
2. Set the required temperature and time (e.g. using the timing function)
3. Place the sample on the shelf, adjust the shelf height and quantity to suit the sample specifications
4. Close the door and start the equipment
5. Monitor the status of the items in the box through the observation window
6. Turn off the power after use and take out the sample.
Notice
• It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended
• For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller
• Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion
