Kenton 202-0A + Independent Temperature Limiter Digital Display Electric Heating Drying Oven is a equipment suitable for routine testing in industrial and mining enterprises, basic laboratories and workshops, providing drying, baking, heat treatment and heating functions. It uses a microcomputer intelligent PID digital display thermostat, Temperature range is RT + 5~ 300 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 1 ℃, Volatility +/- 1%.

Principle
The drying oven provides heat through an electric heating system, and the microcomputer intelligent PID thermostat precisely adjusts the temperature to achieve stable heating. The independent thermostat can set the maximum temperature limit, providing double insurance to prevent excessive temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to the power supply.
2. Adjust the shelf height and quantity as needed;
3. Set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
4. For high-value materials, install an independent temperature limiter and set the maximum temperature limit.
5. Start the device and monitor the contents of the box through the observation window;
6. Turn off the power after use and clean the equipment.
Notice
- Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box;
It is not recommended to use it uninterrupted for a long time.
Samples with high temperature uniformity and high water content are not recommended.
- For more expensive samples, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiting controller;
For high-value materials to be heated, it is better to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the material will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box and the excessive heating.
- Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items to avoid explosion.
