The Kenton KH-45AS + independent temperature limiter is a digital display electric air blowing dryer suitable for routine experiments and tests. The product adopts microcomputer intelligent control technology, with temperature control, timing and over-temperature alarm functions, and an external hot air circulation system ensures stable indoor temperature.

Principle
The drying oven adjusts the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, and uses the external hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct to realize the stable control of the temperature in the working room. The high-temperature heating tube is used as a heating element and cooperates with the high-temperature silicone sealing door edge to ensure the safe and reliable heating process.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time through the microcomputer controller.
3. Place the sample in the studio, adjust the shelf spacing and quantity to adapt to the sample specifications;
4. Start the equipment to monitor temperature fluctuations and alarm functions.
5. Turn off the equipment and clean the liner after use.
