Principle
The PUSHEN single-channe Grindometer scrapes the surface of the sample and determines the fineness of the material according to the change of the groove depth. The scale on the stainless steel scraper can directly read the fineness value for fast and accurate fineness detection.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Place the sample in the scraper groove
3. Use the drawdown blade to scrape the sample surface evenly
4. Read the fineness value corresponding to the groove scale
5. Record measurement results

• After use, wash and apply anti-rust oil to prevent rusting
• Do not bump the surface of the scraper and the drawdown blade to prevent damage
• Regularly check the flatness of the scraper and knife edge every year
• Fine gauges that do not meet the standards should be replaced in time
