Overview
Kenton KH-55AS + independent temperature limiter is a digital display electric air blowing dryer, suitable for routine experiments and tests, cost-effective. Inner chamber dimensions are 550 × 550 × 450mm, volume 136L, Temperature range RT + 5~ 250 ℃, Temperature Accuracy +/- 0.5 ℃, stainless steel liner and Cold rolled steel plate shell, with large viewing window.
Features
1. Using microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, the system has temperature control, timing, over-temperature alarm functions;
2. The external hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts, and the reasonable air duct and circulation system make the temperature in the working room stable;

Principle
The drying oven precisely adjusts the temperature through microcomputer intelligent PID control technology, and uses the external hot air circulation system composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to achieve uniform circulation of hot air and ensure stable temperature in the working room. The high-temperature heating tube is used as a heating element and cooperates with the high-temperature silicone sealing door edge to provide a safe and efficient heating environment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V.
2. Turn on the device and set the required temperature and Timer Range (0~ 999min) through the microcomputer controller;
3. Place the sample on the adjustable shelf, close the door and ensure sealing;
4. Start the equipment to monitor temperature fluctuations and alarm functions.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the liner.
Notice
- Flammable, explosive and volatile items are strictly prohibited from being heated and dried in the box to avoid explosion;
For the heating of high-value materials, it is recommended to install an independent temperature limiter, set the maximum temperature limit, and double insurance to ensure that the materials will not be damaged due to the failure of the electronic components of the box.
- Not suitable for volatile, flammable, explosive and other items.
Routine experiments and tests are recommended, and more expensive samples must be equipped with an independent temperature limiting controller.
