Overview
The Kenton DZF-6020 + Vacuumpump 2L Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment for fast and effective drying. It is suitable for sterilizing powders, granular samples and Glass containers.
Features
1. The vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of the liquid, which is suitable for heat-sensitive substances and shortens the drying time.
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying.
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate, electrostatic spray on the surface.
5. The liner is divided into stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, semi-circular four corners easy to clean.
6. The door is elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ensures a high degree of vacuum.
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control panel with timing and over-temperature alarm functions.
8. Tempered, explosion-proof double-decked Glass doors for easy viewing of the studio.
9. Different series provide a variety of heating methods: DZF-60 series liner heating on both sides; DZF-30 series independent heating tube for each layer; DZF-50 series 4-sided heating, more uniform temperature.
Principle
Vacuum ovens accelerate the drying process by creating a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled. Under vacuum inert conditions, oxides are prevented from exploding with heat and powder samples are ensured to dry stably without being blown away.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization
Steps
1. Adjust the tightness of the box door.
2. Set the microcomputer intelligent PID control parameters, including temperature and timing.
3. Place the sample and start the device.
4. Observe the drying process through a double-decked Glass Door.
5. The equipment automatically alarms to indicate completion or overheating.
Notice
- Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high vacuum.
- Avoid handling easily oxidized substances under non-vacuum conditions.
- Power supply voltage is checked before use to meet single phase AC220V/50Hz requirements.
- Regularly clean the four corners of the liner to prevent contamination.
- Check equipment operation status immediately when over-temperature alarm.
