Overview
Kenton DZF-6090S + Vacuumpump 2L Vacuum oven is a drying equipment designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It uses a vacuum environment to reduce the boiling point of liquids, effectively shorten the drying time, and ensure the safe handling of samples under inert conditions to avoid the risk of oxide explosion.
Features
1. Vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of liquid, suitable for heat-sensitive substances and powder samples, and the drying time is short.
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat.
3. Compared with the ordinary drying oven, the powder sample will not be blown away and moved when drying.
4. liner streamline arc design, shell Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spray, easy to clean.
5. The box door can be adjusted and tightened, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door seal ensures a high degree of vacuum.
6. Microcomputer intelligent PID control panel with timing and over-temperature alarm functions.
7. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass doors for easy viewing of the studio.
8. A variety of heating methods are available: DZF-60 series liner heating conduction on both sides; DZF-30 series independent heating tube on each layer; DZF-50 series 4-sided heating, uniform temperature.
Principle
Vacuum ovens accelerate the drying process by creating a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids. Under vacuum inert conditions, it eliminates the risk of oxides exploding when exposed to heat and provides uniform temperatures through heating systems such as liner conduction or individual heat pipes, ensuring safe and efficient drying of samples.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization and sterilization
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing.
3. Set the temperature and timing parameters of the microcomputer intelligent PID control panel.
4. Start the equipment and monitor the drying process.
5. After drying, turn off the equipment and remove the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain a high vacuum.
• Avoid exceeding the Temperature range (RT + 50~ 200 ℃) when setting the temperature.
• Regularly clean liners and door seals to prevent contamination.
• Power supply voltage is single phase AC220V/50Hz.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function during operation to prevent the equipment from overheating.
