Overview
The Kenton DZF-3050S + Vacuumpump 2L Vacuum oven is a drying device designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment for fast and effective drying. It is suitable for sterilizing powders, granular samples and Glass containers.
Features
1. The vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of the liquid, which is suitable for heat-sensitive substances and shortens the drying time.
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the risk of thermal explosion of oxides.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying.
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate electrostatic spraying.
5. The liner can be made of stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, and the semi-circular four corners are easy to clean.
6. The door is elastic and adjustable, and the overall silicone rubber door seal ensures a high degree of vacuum.
7. Microcomputer intelligent PID control panel, with timing and over-temperature alarm function.
8. Tempered explosion-proof double-decked Glass doors for easy viewing of the studio.
9. Different series provide a variety of heating methods: DZF-60 series liner heating on both sides, DZF-30 series independent heating tube for each layer, DZF-50 series 4-sided heating.
Principle
Vacuum ovens enable efficient drying at low temperatures by creating a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled. Under vacuum inert conditions, oxidation and explosion of substances are prevented, ensuring safe handling of heat-sensitive samples.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door.
3. Set the required temperature and timing parameters.
4. Start the equipment for drying.
5. Monitor the process to ensure there is no over-temperature alarm.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is single phase AC220V/50Hz.
• Ensure that the vacuum is below 133Pa to maintain efficient drying.
• Avoid over-temperature operation and pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function.
• Pay attention to the semi-circular four-corner design when cleaning the liner.
• Select the appropriate heating series according to the characteristics of the sample.
