Overview
The Kenton DZF-5020S + Vacuumpump 2L Vacuum oven is a device that reduces the boiling point of liquids using a vacuum environment and is suitable for drying heat-sensitive substances and powder particle samples. It eliminates the risk of thermal explosion of oxides under vacuum inert conditions and prevents powder samples from being blown away and moved.
Features
1. Vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of liquid, suitable for heat-sensitive substances and samples that are not easy to dry, effectively shortening the drying time
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate manufacturing, surface electrostatic spray
5.The liner is divided into stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, semi-circular four corners easy to clean
6. The tightness of the box door can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures high vacuum
7. The control panel adopts microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm function
8. Tempered, explosion-proof double-decked Glass Door for Easy Viewing of Studio Items
9. DZF-50 series liner is heated on the left and right lower four sides, and the temperature heat transfer is more uniform
Principle
Vacuum ovens enable efficient drying at low temperatures by creating a vacuum environment that greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid to be expelled. Under vacuum inert conditions, oxides are prevented from exploding with heat and powder samples are prevented from being blown by air currents.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other research application fields, for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers. Especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex ingredients for rapid and effective drying treatment.
Steps
1. Put the sample in the studio.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door
3. Set the required temperature and time parameters
4. Start the equipment for drying
5. Monitor the process until completion
Notice
• Make sure the door is well sealed to maintain high vacuum
• Avoid exceeding the upper limit of 200 ° C when setting the temperature
• Regularly clean the liner to maintain hygiene
• Power supply voltage check before use meets single phase AC220V/50Hz requirements
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm function and deal with abnormal situations in time
