The Kenton DZF-5050S + Vacuum oven is a drying machine equipped with a 2L Vacuumpump for fast and effective drying of heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components. The vacuum environment significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids, shortens drying time and ensures safe operation.

Principle
Vacuum ovens reduce the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment, allowing heat-sensitive substances to dry rapidly at low temperatures. Under vacuum inert conditions, the risk of oxide explosion when heated is eliminated, while preventing powder samples from being blown away. The device uses intelligent PID temperature control to ensure stable and uniform heating.
