Overview
The Kenton DZF-5090S + Vacuumpump 2L Vacuum oven is a 90L volume laboratory device designed with a stainless steel liner and vacuum environment for drying heat sensitive substances. The vacuum environment significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids, effectively reducing drying time and preventing sample oxidation or explosion risk.
Features
1. Vacuum environment reduces the boiling point of liquids, suitable for heat-sensitive substances and difficult-to-dry samples;
2. Vacuum inert conditions eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat.
3. The powder sample will not be blown away when drying;
4. The liner adopts streamline arc design, Cold rolled steel plate surface electrostatic spraying;
5. The liner is divided into stainless steel or Cold rolled steel plate, semi-circular four corners easy to clean;
6. The box door is elastic and adjustable, and the integrally formed silicone rubber door sealing ring ensures a high degree of vacuum;
7. The control panel adopts microcomputer intelligent PID control, with timing and over-temperature alarm functions;
8. The box door is made of tempered, explosion-proof double-decked Glass door for easy observation of the studio.
9. There are various heating methods. The DZF-50 series is heated on the left and right sides of the liner, and the temperature and heat transfer are uniform.
Principle
Vacuum oven Vacuumpump reduces the pressure in the box to create a vacuum environment, which significantly reduces the boiling point of the liquid and allows heat-sensitive substances to dry rapidly at low temperatures. Under vacuum inert conditions, the sample can be prevented from oxidation or explosion, while avoiding the powder sample being blown away by the gas flow.
Applications
Biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection, powder drying, baking, Glass container sterilization and sterilization
Steps
1. Place the sample in the studio and close the box door.
2. Adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing;
3. Set the required temperature and time through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment for drying treatment;
5. Remove the sample after drying.
Notice
• Check the sealing of the box door before use to ensure the vacuum degree;
• Avoid exceeding the equipment range when setting the temperature and time;
• Pay attention to control the temperature when drying heat-sensitive substances;
• Regularly clean the liner to maintain hygiene;
• Power supply voltage matching during operation to avoid overload.
