Overview
The Kenton XCT-0AS + Individual Temperature Limiter Blast High Temperature Drying Oven is a device specially designed for industrial, mining, scientific research and jade processing units for drying, heat treatment and heating of experimental products. It uses a thickened 304 stainless steel liner and Cold rolled steel plate housing, combined with a digital intelligent PID temperature control system, the maximum effective temperature can reach 600 degrees Celsius, providing an efficient and safe heating solution.
Features
1. The liner is reinforced by thickened 304 stainless steel, which is not easy to deform at high temperature and prevents acid and alkali corrosion; the shell is made of Cold rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatic spraying.

Principle
The drying oven precisely adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer PID intelligent automatic control system. Temperature range is 5~ 600 ° C, temperature resolution is +/- 0.5, and Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 5%. The heating components and fans work together to provide uniform heating and forced air circulation to ensure stable temperature in the box. It is suitable for various drying and heat treatment processes.
