Overview
The Kenton XCT-1AS + Independent Temperature Limiter Blast High Temperature Drying Oven is a drying, heat treatment and heating equipment specially designed for industrial, mining, scientific research and jade processing units. It uses thickened 304 stainless steel liner and Cold rolled steel plate shell, and is equipped with a digital display intelligent PID temperature control system. The maximum effective temperature can reach 600 ° C, which is better than the conventional 500 ° C. It also has timing and over-temperature alarm functions, but is not suitable for volatile, flammable and explosive materials.
Features

Principle
The drying oven is precisely controlled by a microcomputer PID intelligent automatic control system. Temperature range is 5~ 600 ° C, temperature resolution is +/- 0.5 ° C, and Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 5% ° C. Built-in fan and high temperature heating components to achieve uniform heating and blast circulation, ensuring that the test products are dried, heat treated and heated at the set temperature.
