Overview
The Kenton XCT-2AS + Independent Temperature Limiter Blast High Temperature Drying Oven is a drying, heat treatment and heating equipment designed for industrial, mining, scientific research and jade processing units. It uses a thickened 304 stainless steel liner and Cold rolled steel plate housing, and features a digital intelligent PID temperature control system. The maximum effective temperature can reach 600 degrees Celsius, which is better than the conventional 500 degrees and provides a wider Temperature range.
Features
1. The liner is reinforced with thickened 304 stainless steel, which is not easy to deform at high temperature and prevents acid and alkali corrosion; 2. Principle
The drying oven is precisely controlled by a microcomputer PID intelligent automatic control system. Temperature range is 5~ 600 ° C, temperature resolution is +/- 0.5 ° C, and Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 5% ° C. Built-in heating components and fans, high temperature resistant materials are used to ensure stable operation in high temperature environments and achieve efficient drying and heat treatment.
