Overview
TBJ-A3-DJ4 Smoothing Rods vacuum adsorption Coater is a customized small film Applicator for hot-melt adhesive film. The size of the Spreader base is 300 * 400mm, the Spreader rate is adjustable from 5 to 180mm/s, and the Spreader Film thickness is 0~ 50μm. External Vacuumpump adopts touch screen operation mode. With vacuum adsorption function, it can be equipped with different wire rods to meet the High Accuracy Spreader on different films.

Principle
The device uses the Smoothing Rods Spreader method to perform film operation at an adjustable rate based on vacuum adsorption of the fixed substrate. The external Vacuumpump provides adsorption force, and the touch screen control system precisely controls the Spreader parameters for High Accuracy Spreader.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Turn on the vacuum adsorption function to fix the substrate
3. Select the appropriate wire rod and install it.
4. Set Spreader Rate and Film thickness parameters via touch screen
5. Start the Spreader
6. Turn off the device after completing the Spreader

• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before use
• Spreader before checking whether the vacuum adsorption function is normal
• Select the appropriate Spreader parameters according to the substrate Film thickness
• Clean Spreader and Wire Stick Regularly
• Pay attention to safety protection during operation
