Overview
HUITAI DHG-9140A + independent temperature limiting controller is a blast drying oven for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions for drying, baking wax melting, sterilizing use.
Features
1) Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2) The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3) Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.
4) Adopt a microcomputer temperature controller with over-temperature deviation protection and digital display, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5) The liner is made of mirror stainless steel, the shelf bracket can be freely loaded and unloaded, and the semi-circular four-corner design makes cleaning more convenient.
6) Cold rolled steel plate is used for the casing of the box, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed.
7) Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
8) With RS485 interface, the recorder and computer can be connected, and the change of temperature parameters can be recorded. (optional)
Principle
The blast drying oven precisely sets and controls the temperature through the built-in microcomputer temperature controller. The fan speed control mode, combined with the self-developed air duct circulation system, forces the hot air to circulate inside the studio to achieve the purpose of uniform heating and automatic discharge of water vapor.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Put in the items to be processed.
4. Start the device and start working.
5. After the work is completed, remove the items and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power frequency meets requirements (AC 220V 50Hz) before use.
• Do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (RT + 10~ 250 ℃).
• When the equipment is running, the independent temperature limit alarm system will monitor the temperature, and the overrun will be automatically interrupted, but it is still necessary to pay attention to observation.
• When cleaning the liner, use its semi-circular four-corner design and removable shelf support for easy operation.
• Optional RS485 interface and dedicated software can be used to record temperature changes. If you need this function, please confirm the option.
• Please pay attention to the Inner chamber dimensions and volume of the equipment, and do not place too many items to affect the effect.
• Timing function setting range is 1~ 9999 minutes, please set it reasonably as needed.
