Overview
HUITAI DHG-9075A + independent temperature controller blast drying oven is a drying equipment for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc., suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.

7. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
8. With RS485 interface, the recorder and computer can be connected, and the change of temperature parameters can be recorded. (optional)
Principle
The blast drying oven generates heat through an electric heater and uses a fan to drive the air to form a circulating airflow in the box, resulting in uniform temperature in the studio. The microcomputer temperature controller precisely controls the heating process and maintains the set temperature. An independent temperature limiting controller provides additional over-temperature protection.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Start the equipment, the fan starts working, and the heating system runs.
4. After the device reaches the set temperature, it enters the thermostatic state, and the timing function starts to count.
5. After the work is completed, the equipment automatically stops heating or runs according to the set program.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V 50Hz.
• When the equipment is running, the independent temperature limit alarm system will monitor the temperature, and the overtemperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure safety.
• When cleaning the liner, you can use its semi-circular four-corner design and freely removable shelf bracket.
• RS485 interface and functions such as connecting recorder and computer are optional. If you want to use it, please confirm the configuration.
• Optional accessories include intelligent program controller, independent temperature controller, embedded printer, RS485 interface and special software, test holes, etc., can be selected according to needs.
