HUITAI BPG-9070A + independent temperature limiting controller precision blast drying oven is suitable for drying, baking wax melting and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc. The equipment adopts microcomputer temperature controller, which has the characteristics of accurate temperature control, simple operation, safety and reliability.

1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, and the built-in fan drives the air to form a forced circulation airflow in the box, so that the temperature of the studio is uniform. The microcomputer temperature controller monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time, and provides over-temperature protection with an independent temperature limit controller to ensure that the equipment works stably within the set range.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu operation interface.
3. Place samples as required.
4. Start the device and start working.
