HUITAI BPG-9240A + independent temperature limiting controller precision blast drying oven is a drying equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places, can be used for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Features

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heater, and the built-in fan drives the air to form a circulating airflow in the box. The heat is evenly distributed through the self-developed air duct circulation system, and the moisture is automatically discharged to realize the drying, baking and other treatments of the goods. The microcomputer temperature controller precisely adjusts and maintains the set temperature.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the large-screen LCD menu interface.
3. Put the items to be processed on the shelf of the studio.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts working, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
5. During the operation of the equipment, parameters such as temperature can be monitored through the screen.
6. After the set time is reached or the processing is completed, the device stops working and the item is removed.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V 50Hz.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct to ensure temperature uniformity.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and effectiveness.
• When cleaning the liner, its semi-circular four-corner design and removable shelf support can be used for easy operation.
• Pay attention to the setting of the independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• If the RS485 interface is optional, please follow the instructions to connect the recorder or computer.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
