Overview
HUITAI HTG-9070A + independent temperature limit controller vertical blast drying oven is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for environment protection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other scientific research, universities and production departments. It is mainly used for water body analysis and BOD determination, the fostering and preservation of bacteria, molds and microorganisms, and plant cultivation and breeding experiments.

9. Optional RS485 interface is available to connect the recorder and computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The equipment drives air circulation through a blower imported from Germany, combined with a self-developed air duct system to ensure uniform temperature in the studio. The microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller precisely adjusts the heating power to quickly reach and stabilize at the preset temperature. The independent temperature limit controller provides additional safety protection, automatically cutting off the heating when the temperature exceeds the set limit to ensure safe operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50HZ).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the menu interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Place or unload shelves as needed.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the equipment will quickly heat up to the set value and remain thermostatic.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosive items in the equipment.
• Please pay attention to the setting of the independent temperature limit alarm system when operating to ensure the effective safety protection function.
• When cleaning the liner, use its semi-circular four-corner design and removable shelves for thorough cleaning.
• If the RS485 interface is optional, please follow the relevant instructions to connect the recorder or computer.
• Regularly check whether the power cord and grounding of the equipment are in good condition.
