Overview
HUITAI HTG-9140A + independent temperature limit controller vertical blast drying oven is a thermostatic equipment suitable for environmental protection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products and other scientific research, universities and production departments. It is specially used for water body analysis and BOD determination, as well as the fostering, preservation of bacteria, molds and microorganisms, plant cultivation and breeding experiments.

9. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The drying oven precisely controls the temperature through the microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, and uses the German imported blower and the self-developed air duct circulation system to realize the forced hot air circulation and uniform heating in the working room, and automatically discharges water vapor to maintain a constant experimental environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999min) through the menu interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the equipment will quickly heat up to the set temperature and maintain stability.
4. During the experiment, an independent temperature limiting alarm system provides safety assurance.
5. After the experiment, turn off the power.
Notice
• Power frequency is AC 220V 50Hz.
• When the equipment is running, the independent temperature limit alarm system will monitor the temperature, please do not disable it at will.
• When cleaning the liner, you can use the freely removable shelf bracket and the semi-circular four-corner design.
The optional RS485 interface can be used to connect a logger or computer to record data.
Do not operate beyond the rated input power of the device (1550W).
