Overview
HUITAI HTG-9240A + vertical blast drying oven is a thermostatic device equipped with an independent temperature limit controller. It is suitable for scientific research, universities and production departments in the fields of environment protection, agriculture, livestock, aquatic products, etc. It is a special equipment for water analysis, BOD determination, bacteria, molds, microbial foster preservation, and plant cultivation and breeding tests.
Features
1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple and easy to understand.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt a self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge water vapor inside the box.

8. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
9. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The drying oven is precisely temperature controlled by a microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, and adopts the fan speed control combined with the self-developed air duct circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the studio and automatically discharge water vapor to achieve a thermostatic drying environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the menu interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Place the sample and start the equipment.
4. The equipment quickly reaches and stabilizes at the preset temperature through the PID controller and air duct system.
5. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power frequency meets the requirements (AC 220V 50Hz).
• Do not exceed the Temperature range of the device (RT + 10~ 250 ℃).
• Pay attention to the setting of the independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• When cleaning the liner, use its semi-circular four-corner design and removable shelves for easy operation.
• Optional RS485 interface and other functions need to be selected on demand.
• When the equipment is running, do not block incoming and outgoing trends.
