Overview
HUITAI HTG-9920A + independent temperature limiting controller is a vertical blast drying oven, suitable for environmental protection, aquatic products and other scientific research, universities and production departments. The equipment is a special thermostatic equipment for water body analysis and BOD determination, fostering, preservation, plant cultivation and breeding of bacteria, molds and microorganisms.

1. Large-screen LCD display, multiple sets of data are displayed on one screen, and the menu-type operation interface is simple to understand and easy to operate.
2. The fan speed control mode is adopted to improve the temperature uniformity of the studio.
3. Adopt the self-developed air duct circulation system to automatically discharge the water vapor inside the box.

8. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
9. With RS485 interface, it can be connected to a recorder and a computer, capable of recording changes in temperature parameters. (optional)
Principle
The equipment precisely controls the heating system through the microcomputer PID fuzzy processing controller, and adopts the fan speed control and the self-developed air duct circulation system to force the hot air to circulate inside the studio to achieve fast and uniform heating and thermostatic, while automatically discharging the water vapor in the box.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 380V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time, and other parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the large-screen LCD display.
3. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the equipment will quickly heat up to the set temperature and maintain stability.
4. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is AC 380V 50Hz, please make sure the power supply matches.
• Do not exceed the Temperature range of the device (RT + 10~ 250 ℃).
• Pay attention to the setting of the independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• When cleaning the liner, you can use its semi-circular four-corner design and freely removable shelf bracket.
• Optional RS485 interface and dedicated software can be used to record temperature changes and can be configured on demand.
• The input power of the device is 6000W, please ensure the line load capacity.
