Overview
HUITAI HHG-9078A + high temperature blast drying oven is a drying equipment equipped with an independent temperature limiting controller for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other processes.
Features

2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting, measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
5. Optional RS485 interface, which can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The equipment sets and controls the heating system through the microcomputer temperature controller to make the studio reach the target temperature. The internal low-noise fan drives the air to form hot air circulation, and ensures the uniform temperature of the studio through the air duct. The independent temperature limiting system continuously monitors the temperature, and automatically cuts off the heating when the limit is exceeded to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to the AC220V power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf, and close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 20~ 400 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the device, and the temperature controller will automatically control the heating and display the real-time temperature.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the independent temperature limiting system continuously monitors, and the overheating will be automatically interrupted.
6. After the timing is over or when it needs to be stopped manually, turn off the power of the device and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before taking out the items.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is placed in a stable, well-ventilated position.
• Please use the specified AC220V 50Hz/16A power supply with an input power of 2500W.
• When the equipment is running and just after the end, the studio temperature is very high, please do not directly touch the liner and items to prevent burns.
• Do not put flammable and explosive items in the box.
• Please check the equipment regularly to ensure that the air duct is open and the fan is running normally.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system or RS485 interface is optional, please follow the relevant instructions for installation and use.
