HUITAI HHG-9248A + high temperature blast drying oven is a drying equipment equipped with an independent temperature limit controller, suitable for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other operations in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions and other places. Its studio is made of high-quality steel plate or stainless steel plate with a volume of 140L.

Principle
The equipment precisely sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, using the built-in heating element to generate heat. The low-noise fan drives the hot air to flow in the hot air circulation system composed of air ducts, so that the hot air is evenly distributed in the working room, so as to achieve a fast and uniform heating effect. The independent temperature limit alarm system continuously monitors the temperature, providing additional security.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to the AC220V power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the shelf, and then close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 20~ 400 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
4. Start the equipment, the temperature controller starts to work, and the fan runs for hot air circulation.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature, it enters the thermostatic state, and the independent temperature limit alarm system monitors synchronously.
6. After the timing is over, the device will automatically stop heating, or manually turn off the power after the work is completed and take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, flammable and explosive-free environment.
• Do not touch the inside of the box and the heating element when the equipment is running or when the internal temperature is high, to prevent burns.
• When placing items, do not block the outlet of the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power frequency (AC220V 50Hz/16A) meets the equipment requirements.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, please ensure that its function is normal and set a reasonable temperature limit.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• Do not dry items that are flammable, explosive, volatile or produce corrosive gases.
If the equipment malfunctions or malfunctions, it should be stopped immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
