Overview
HUITAI HHG-9079A + high temperature blast drying oven is a drying equipment equipped with an independent temperature limit controller, for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing use.
Features
1. The studio is made of good steel or stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, with setting, measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Optional independent temperature limit alarm system, beyond the limit temperature will be automatically interrupted to ensure the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
Optional RS485 interface can be connected to a recorder and a computer to record changes in temperature parameters.
Principle
The equipment precisely sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, and uses the built-in low-noise fan and air duct to form a hot air circulation system to force the hot air to circulate inside the studio, thus achieving uniform heating and drying.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V 50Hz/16A).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 30~ 500 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999min) through a microcomputer thermostat.
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
4. The device enters a thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature.
5. After the timing is over or manually turn off the device to complete the operation.
Notice
• Power frequency meets equipment requirements (AC220V 50Hz/16A).
• When the equipment is running, the studio temperature is high, do not touch it, and pay attention to ventilating.
• In order to ensure safety, it is recommended to choose an independent temperature limit alarm system.
• When placing items, do not block the air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
