Overview
HUITAI HHG-9149A + high temperature blast drying oven is a drying equipment equipped with an independent temperature limit controller, suitable for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other operations in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, R & D institutions, etc.
Features

3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, it will automatically interrupt when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
Optional RS485 interface is available to connect the recorder and computer to record temperature parameter changes.
Principle
The equipment precisely sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller, using the built-in heating element to generate heat. The low-noise fan drives the hot air to flow in the hot air circulation system composed of air ducts, so that the heat is evenly distributed throughout the studio, thus achieving a uniform and stable heating effect. The independent temperature limiting controller continuously monitors the temperature and automatically cuts off the heating when the safe setting value is exceeded to ensure safety.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect it to an AC220V power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be processed on the shelf in the studio.
3. Close the box door.
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 30~ 500 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through a microcomputer thermostat.
5. Start the equipment and start the heating and blast operation.
6. During the operation of the equipment, the real-time temperature can be observed through the display screen.
7. After reaching the set time or completing the work, the equipment may automatically stop or need to be manually turned off, and the sample will be removed after it is naturally chilled down.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a compliant power supply (AC220V 50Hz/16A).
• When the equipment is working and just after it is finished, the external and internal temperatures of the box are very high, so do not touch it to prevent burns.
• Do not put flammable, explosive or volatile items in the box for drying.
• When placing the sample, do not block the outlet and entrance of the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
• Do not use the device for a long time beyond the rated temperature range.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power and wait for it to chill down completely.
• If an independent temperature limit alarm system is selected, please ensure that its function is normal and the temperature limit is set correctly.
