HUITAI HHG-9249A + high temperature blast drying oven is a device equipped with an independent temperature limit controller, for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratory outdoor, R & D institutions for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing use.
Features
1. The studio is made of good steel or stainless steel.
2. Microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument, with setting and measuring temperature dual digital display, timing, power suppression and self-tuning functions, accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and air ducts to effectively ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
4. Independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring the safe operation of the experiment without accidents.
5. With RS485 interface, the recorder and computer can be connected, and the change of temperature parameters can be recorded. (optional)
Principle
The equipment sets and controls the temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, and uses the hot air circulation system (low-noise fan and air duct) to make the hot air flow evenly in the studio to achieve the set drying, baking and other effects. When the temperature exceeds the safety limit set by the independent temperature limit controller, the system will automatically interrupt the heating to ensure safety.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V 50Hz/16A).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 30~ 500 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999min) through a microcomputer thermostat.
3. Start the equipment and the hot air circulation system starts to work.
4. Equipment runs until the set time or stops manually.
5. After use, turn off the power.
Notice
• Power frequency meets equipment requirements (AC220V 50Hz/16A).
• Pay attention to the Temperature range of the equipment, do not exceed 500 ℃.
• The independent temperature limit alarm system is an important safety function, please do not disable or damage it.
• Optional RS485 interface If you want to use it, please connect the recorder or computer according to the specifications.
• The equipment will generate high temperature when working, please do not touch the inside of the studio and pay attention to ventilating.
• Do not place flammable or explosive items in the equipment.
• Regularly check the equipment to ensure its normal working condition.
