HUITAI PH-140A + dry training dual-use box is a device that integrates drying and fostering functions. It uses a fan for air forced convection, which has the characteristics of high quality, reliability and safety. Principle
The equipment performs air forced convection through the fan to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the working room. Its self-developed air duct circulation system can automatically discharge water vapor in the box. The equipment adopts a microcomputer temperature controller for precise temperature control, and has the function of automatic conversion of dry cultivation mode. When the temperature is higher than the set threshold (default 80 ° C), it automatically switches from foster mode to drying mode.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the menu-type operation interface of the LCD screen.
3. According to the experimental requirements, foster mode (RT + 5~ 82 ° C) or drying mode (80~ 250 ° C) can be selected, and the equipment supports automatic mode conversion.
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and air forced convection is performed.
5. During the operation of the equipment, the internal conditions can be observed through the double doors without affecting the temperature inside the box.
6. After reaching the set time or the end of the experiment, turn off the device.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is within the range of RT + 5~ 35 ℃.
• The input power of the device is 2050W, please ensure that the power supply load capacity is sufficient.
• Do not frequently open and close the box door when the equipment is running, so as not to affect the temperature stability.
• When cleaning the liner, you can use the freely removable shelf bracket and the semi-circular four-corner design.
• Pay attention to the setting of the independent temperature limit alarm system to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• The optional RS485 interface function needs to be configured separately.
