HUITAI DZF-6020 Vacuum oven is a drying equipment specially designed for biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields. It is suitable for powder drying, baking and sterilizing Glass containers, especially suitable for processing heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances and complex components, to achieve fast and effective drying.

Principle
Vacuum ovens create a vacuum environment that significantly reduces the boiling point of liquids, allowing heat-sensitive substances to dry at lower temperatures. Under vacuum or inert gas conditions, substances prone to oxidation can be safely handled to avoid the risk of explosion, while powder samples are not disturbed by airflow, ensuring uniform and effective drying.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door as required
3. Set temperature and time parameters (Temperature range RT + 10~ 250 ℃, timing 1~ 9999min)
4. Start the device and observe the LCD screen data
5. Take out the items after drying
