HUITAI DZF-6090 Vacuum oven is a drying equipment designed for heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances. It is widely used in biochemistry, chemical industry, agricultural research, environment protection and other fields. It can be used for powder drying, baking and disinfection and sterilization of various Glass containers. The product reduces the boiling point of liquids through a vacuum environment to achieve fast and effective drying treatment.

Principle
Vacuum oven greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled by working in a vacuum environment, so that heat-sensitive substances can be easily dried. For powder or granular samples that are not easy to dry, the vacuum drying method can effectively shorten the drying time, while ensuring that complex structural parts do not leave residue through drying.

Steps
1. Put the sample into the studio
2. Adjust the closure tightness of the box door
3. Set temperature and time parameters
4. Start Vacuumpump to create a vacuum environment
5. Optional to fill with inert gas
6. Start the drying process
7. Take out the sample after the timing is over

• Power supply voltage AC220V 50Hz before use
Temperature range should be controlled between RT + 10~ 250 ℃
• Keep the door sealing ring intact to ensure vacuum
• Pay attention to temperature setting when drying heat sensitive substances
